• All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the third-party travel suppliers.

• When you make a booking, you enter a contract directly with the supplier, not The Escape Curator.

• A confirmation invoice will be issued once your booking is secured.

• Full payment or a deposit (as required by the supplier) is required at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

• All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes and fees.​

Cancellations & Amendments

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the supplier and will be outlined at the time of booking.

• Amendments may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to supplier policies.​

 

Travel Documents & Insurance

• You are responsible for ensuring all travellers have valid passports, visas, and any necessary vaccinations.

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

• The Escape Curator is not liable for any issues caused by lack of documentation or insurance.​

 

Liability Disclaimer

• We act solely as an agent between you and the travel supplier.

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of any supplier.

• However, we do vet our suppliers carefully and only work with trusted, ATOL-protected partners.​

ATOL Protection

• Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays offered are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Please check it to ensure everything is listed correctly.
